This is a 12-Week Program designed to empower you throughout your fitness journey. Not only will we work towards achieving your fitness goals, we will also transform you into someone that can sustain these achievements long-term. The goal isn't to run a marathon, lose 20lbs, or tone up. The goal is to BE a runner, to BE a healthy person, and to BE strong. In this program, you will develop repeatable habits that will take you from someone that accomplished a milestone one time into someone that has shifted their entire identity. Let's embark on this journey together and learn to enjoy the ride! Note: This program is here and visible to you for the sole purpose of giving potential clients the opportunity to see what the course material will cover & the price. Because this program includes 1:1 training, each workout will be different for everyone that enrolls. Due to this, everyone cannot purchase the same program.
